The goal of all economic development is prosperity.
Grown out of our pioneering work with HomeTown Competitiveness (HTC), we've developed a recipe for community prosperity that works, our Rural Community Prosperity Development Framework. This recipe consists of four essential ingredients that we've spent more than 40 years being informed by communities, practitioners, and researchers across North America. Through extensive testing, we've proven that employing this Framework can result in transformative change, particularly for rural communities.
