e2 Entrepreneurial Ecosystems helps communities and regions connect, learn, and share best practices for building sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystems across North America. With more than 25 years of field experience, particularly in rural America, e2 is the preferred resource for communities of all sizes wanting to pursue prosperity.
Effective January 1, the Center for Rural Entrepreneurship’s entrepreneurship work moves to a new home with NetWork Kansas! The Center name will be replaced with e2 Entrepreneurial Ecosystems, a new national initiative serving communities. This move completes our efforts to ensure that the Center’s work lives on. While Center founders, Don Macke and Deb Markley, are continuing their work, Don Macke will act as Vice President of the new entrepreneurship initiative. The Center’s community development philanthropy and Transfer of WealthTM work now resides with LOCUS Impact Investing with Deb Markley as Vice President. Don and Deb look forward to continuing to serve communities and regions across the country in the years ahead.
